  • Digital products are non-transferable and may only be accessed by the purchasing account.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of digital products is strictly prohibited.

6. Custom Physical Products

  • Physical products are available only on a custom-order basis.

  • Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded (except for shipping damage).

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability (see Shipping Policy).

7. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD (or as displayed on the website).

  • We reserve the right to update prices, offers, and subscription fees at any time.

  • Payments must be made using approved methods available at checkout.

  • Users are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or local taxes.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are allowed anytime but may incur a $5 admin fee.

  • Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Trial fees (e.g., $1 for 7 days) are non-refundable.
