At GM Publication, we are committed to providing authentic Islamic knowledge through our digital products, services, and subscriptions. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made worldwide from gmpublication.com.
1. General Policy
Purchases on our website may include digital products, recurring subscriptions, services, and custom physical products.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the type of product purchased, as detailed below.
2. Digital Products & Subscriptions
Digital products (e-books, online resources, study materials) are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
All recurring memberships can be canceled anytime, no questions asked. Cancellation will stop future renewals, and access will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Rules for Subscriptions:
1 Month, 3 Months, and 6 Months Memberships
No refunds are allowed on the first-time subscription.
Renewals may be canceled anytime but are not refundable once charged.
1 Year, 2 Years, and 3 Years Memberships
Refunds are allowed on a pro-rata basis (unused portion of the subscription).
A $5 management fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund requests must be submitted within the active subscription period.
Trial Subscriptions
Trial fees (e.g., $1 for 7 days) are non-refundable.
3. Physical Products (Custom Orders)
Physical products, if offered, are available only on a custom-order basis.
Due to their personalized nature, all custom physical product sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.
In case of shipping damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
4. Services (if offered)
Refunds for services (e.g., consulting, workshops) may be granted if the service was not delivered as agreed or if there was a billing error.
Services that have been partially or fully delivered are non-refundable.

Our support team will review within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable fees, within 10–15 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
