1. Digital Products & Online Services

  • Instant Delivery:
    All digital books, study materials, and online content are delivered immediately upon successful payment.

  • Access Method:
    Customers receive access via their gmpublication.com account dashboard or through email confirmation.

  • Availability:
    Digital services are available 24/7 globally, subject to internet connectivity.

  • Memberships:
    Subscription services (monthly, yearly, or multi-year plans) begin immediately upon payment confirmation.


2. Physical Products (Custom Orders)

  • Custom-Made Only:
    Physical products (such as printed books or other items) are available only on a custom-order basis.

  • Processing Time:
    Since each order is produced individually, please allow 10–21 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Shipping Time:
    Delivery times vary by location:

    • Domestic (Pakistan): 3–7 business days after dispatch

    • International: 7–30 business days, depending on the country and courier service

  • Shipping Providers:
    We partner with reliable local and international courier companies. Tracking numbers will be provided where available.

  • Duties & Taxes:
    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Digital Products: No shipping cost (instant online access).

  • Physical Products: Shipping charges depend on weight, destination, and courier. The cost is calculated at checkout or confirmed during custom-order processing.

  • International Shipping: May include additional fees depending on destination.


4. Service Coverage (Worldwide)

  • Global Access:
    Digital products and memberships are available to customers worldwide.

  • Restricted Regions:
    In rare cases, access or shipping may not be possible due to local regulations, sanctions, or courier restrictions. Customers will be notified if their order cannot be fulfilled.


5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Digital Access: Confirmed by email and available in the customer’s online account.

  • Physical Orders: Customers will receive a tracking number (where applicable) once their order has been dispatched.


6. Delays & Force Majeure

  • We strive to meet all delivery timelines; however, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, natural disasters, customs clearance, or internet disruptions) may affect delivery.

  • GM Publication will not be held liable for delays beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist customers.


7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that your email address, phone number, and shipping address are accurate at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and contacting the courier for delivery updates once dispatched.

  • Unclaimed or refused shipments may not be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy).
